Is my online transaction secure?
Yes, all credit card transactions that occur on our website are completely secure. The site uses Secure Sockets Layering (SSL) to encrypt your personal credit information, including your credit card number, before it travels over the Internet. SSL technology is the industry standard for secure online transactions. We use Authorize.net as our payment gateway to ensure the security of all credit card transactions. And we don’t store your credit card numbers after your payment is processed. Will I be charged tax?
We are required to collect sales tax for deliveries of non-exempt products within New York state. We are also required to collect tax on shipping and handling charges where applicable. How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order anytime by clicking on “Account” at the top of any page of the site. Sign in with your email and password and click “My Orders”. If you have not created an account, email us at service@chooselovemore.com and we’ll be happy to answer any questions you have about your order.
Can I modify or cancel my order once it is submitted?
After you have checked out and before we have shipped your products, we may be able to modify or cancel your order. If you need to make a change, please email us as soon as possible and tell us what you want to add, remove, cancel. Of course you can also place an additional order at any time.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Typically your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of placing your order. At that time, we’ll email you a tracking number for your package so you will know when to expect it, usually within 2-3 days of shipping within the US, 5-10 days for international locations.
What is the cost of shipping and handling?
We like to keep the cost of shipping simple. Your shipping costs will be automatically added at check out according to the following rates.
USA – flat rate of $6, FREE shipping on product orders over $150
Canada and Mexico – flat rate of $12
All other international locations – flat rate of $15
Note, flat rate shipping does not apply to wholesale orders. If you order thru the site, you will be charged $6 shipping and then invoiced for difference in shipping charges.
How will my order get from there to here?
Lovemore uses the U.S. Postal Service as our primary shipping partner in support of the efforts they have initiated to increasingly green their packaging and also because they make a trip to your house everyday anyway. So efficient! We are pretty impressed with all the work and recognition the USPS has been getting lately for its green efforts—check out one of its latest awards here.

What is your return and exchange policy?
It is our hope that you love your Lovemore products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you need to make an exchange or return for some reason, we hope our return and exchange policy will make it as easy as possible. Here’s the process…

Download and print a return/exchange form. Fill it out and send it back with the unwashed, unworn product(s) you wish to return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your gear (return address on form). Once we receive the goods, we will notify you and process your refund if needed or send out your replacement gear in the case of an exchange. Or, if you need your replacement goods in a hurry, you can let us know, place a new order, and we’ll refund the cost of the replacement gear once we receive your return shipment. |

*Note: If it’s our bad (we sent the wrong size in error, or there is a defect (we hope not!)), we will happily include the original shipping costs in the refund, but if you just had a change of heart we are sorry but we can’t refund the shipping fees. How do I buy and send some one a Lovemore gift through the site?
At the Shipping Method stage of checkout, check the box asking if you want to include a gift message with your order. At this time our system only accepts one message for the whole order. If you want to send multiple gifts to different people or addresses, you can always purchase them as separate orders. If you forgot to check the box and want to be sure we know it's a gift when pulling the packing slip, send us an email and we'll do our best to catch it before it goes out with any pricing info.
How do I purchase and send a Gift Certificate?
Give the gift of love by sending a Lovemore gift certificate for any occasion. You can purchase a gift certificate in any amount starting at $10, and you choose whether it’s emailed or mailed to the lucky recipient when you make your purchase. Because giving love should always be easy.
How do I redeem my Gift Certificate?
If you received a gift certificate, redeeming it is easy. Do your shopping and at the check out simply enter your Gift Certificate Code in the box provided. If your total order amount is more than your GC, you’ll be asked to enter a credit card to cover the difference. If it’s less, your balance will be held in our system for the next time you are in the Lovemore shopping mood!

How do I know what size to order?
Check out the size charts for adults and little ones here or on any product page. Ladies, our shirts are generously cut so we advise you order a size or two smaller than usual. Really. Yes, you too.
What is the best way to care for my Lovemore apparel?
For optimum care of your Lovemore wear, we recommend you turn items inside out, wash them in cold water and tumble dry on medium. You will also find washing instructions on the tag printed inside each garment. How do I wash my bottles and bags?
Your Lovemore reusable bags can go right in the washing machine--cold water please! Then just set them out or hang them on a line to air dry super fast. Bottles should be handwashed. Vinegar or baking soda are nature's best cleaners for stainless steel, but you won't get in trouble for using your fave dish soap. Will the color of my gear look just like it does on my screen?
The colors on our site are represented as accurately as possible, but monitors and even browsers vary in the way they display color. We use industry best practices to be sure that colors display well systems, but we can’t guarantee that the color you see on your screen will be an exact match to your gear in the real.
